RESUMEN

In December 2019, several cases of pneumonia caused by SARS-CoV-2 were identified in the city of Wuhan (China), which was declared by the WHO as a pandemic in March 2020 because it caused enormous problems to public health due to its rapid transmission of contagion. Being an uncontrolled case, precautions were taken all over the world to moderate the coronavirus that undoubtedly was very deadly for any person, presenting several symptoms, among them we have fever as a common symptom. A biosecurity measure that is frequently used is the taking of temperature with an infrared thermometer, which is not well seen by some specialists due to the error they present, therefore, it would not represent a safe measurement. In view of this problem, in this article a thermal image processing system was made for the measurement of body temperature by means of a drone to obtain the value of body temperature accurately, being able to be implemented anywhere, where it is intended to make such measurement, helping to combat the spread of the virus that currently continues to affect many people. Through the development of the system, the tests were conducted with various people, obtaining a more accurate measurement of body temperature with an efficiency of 98.46% at 1.45 m between the drone and the person, in such a way that if it presents a body temperature higher than 38° C it could be infected with COVID-19. © 2023 IEEE.

RESUMEN

The arrival of COVID-19 caused devastation to humanity by spreading rapidly around the world and seriously affecting the entire health system. To date, the peculiar symptoms of COVID-19 and the problems it generates in those asthmatic people are already known, which is complicated if they have not had an adequate treatment of their disease, since bronchial asthma is one of the complex bronchopulmonary diseases and for its diagnosis some methods are used that do not provide enough information about the patient's condition, being inefficient methods, therefore, it is necessary to use tools to diagnose pathologies to patients in a comfortable way for an efficient treatment by providing the greatest amount of information about the patient's condition for continuous treatment and in addition to facilitating constant access to several patients with asthma. In view of this problem, in this article a pathology detection system was made in the bronchopulmonary system of asthmatic patients visualized through a radiofrequency of the chest, in such a way that an early diagnosis is made, and some pathological change can be detected in the patient's bronchopulmonary system, with this, an efficient treatment of the patient can be carried out. Through the development of the system, it was possible to observe that the operation was done correctly in the tests conducted, the positioning equipment will move the radiant module on the patient's body for the detection of some pathology with an accuracy of 97.86% efficiency. © 2023 IEEE.

RESUMEN

Today it is observed that few people respect the biosecurity measures announced by the WHO, which aimed to reduce the amount of COVID-19 infection among people, even knowing that this virus has not disappeared from our environment, being an unprecedented infection in the world. It should be noted that before this pandemic, tuberculosis affected millions of people, having a great role because it is highly contagious and directly affects the lungs, although it has a cure, if it is not treated in time it can be fatal for the person, although there are many methods of detection of tuberculosis, one that is most often used is the diagnosis by chest x-ray, although it has low specificity, when the image processing technique is applied, tuberculosis would be accurately detected. In view of this problem, in this article a chest X-ray image processing system was conducted for the early detection of tuberculosis, helping doctors to detect tuberculosis accurately and quickly by having a second opinion by the system in the analysis of the chest x-ray, prevents fatal infections in patients. Through the development of the tuberculosis early detection system, it was possible to observe the correct functioning of the system with an efficiency of 97.84% in the detection of tuberculosis, detailing the characteristics presented by normal or abnormal images so that the doctor detects tuberculosis in the patient early. © 2023 IEEE.

RESUMEN

Many countries were affected by the appearance of SARS-COV-2 that was spreading rapidly, causing damage to humanity and causing a global crisis, this generated a generalized quarantine to avoid the physical approaches recommended by the health system, affecting all students in the world, since it was wanted to avoid forming foci of contagion in educational centers, for this reason, some automated systems that are marketed in the markets were applied to combat the pandemic in educational centers, but they are inefficient when registering the work attendance of teachers, causing loss of time in the registration process and causing an agglomeration of people due to the failure in the registration process, in addition to not allowing to manage the reports of the teacher's work attendance. In view of this problem, in this article the management of an automatic system was carried out to generate reports on the attendance control of the teaching staff in the educational center and control the working hours of each teacher to be visualized through a user interface, being able to control the labor discipline of each teacher since all the records will be stored in a database. Through the development of the system, it was observed that the system works effectively since an efficiency of 98.87% was obtained in its operation to control the time of entry and exit of each teacher, being an accepted value since the process is conducted safely. © 2023 International Journal on Recent and Innovation Trends in Computing and Communication. RESUMEN

COVID-19 is a disease that directly affects the respiratory tract, being harmful in asthmatic patients because this condition causes a lack of oxygen, even to the extent that it requires external equipment to combat drowning. Likewise, it highlights the importance of maintaining a treatment or therapy correctly to prevent your disease from worsening or being exposed to other diseases, putting your health at risk. The diseases that asthmatic patients can acquire can result from pathologies, which have been growing over the years due to lack of equipment or efficient examinations that generate complete information about respiratory conditions about asthmatic patients, therefore, by developing an advanced system, the chances of detecting pathologies prematurely increase considerably, which is an essential tool today. According to the problem exposed, in this research an automatic system of detection of pathologies in the respiratory system was carried out for the care of the patient with bronchial asthma visualized by computerized radiography, so that any pathology can be detected by means of a premature diagnosis in the respiratory system and the doctor can perform a correct treatment on the asthmatic patient. Through the tests carried out by the system, its performance was accurate and efficient, being suitable to be implemented in various hospitals so that the doctor can treat the disease in time, since the system presented a 98.79% efficiency in the detection of pathologies. © 2023 International Journal on Recent and Innovation Trends in Computing and Communication. RESUMEN

The world is still affected by SARS-COV-2 that was spreading little by little and generated many human losses, causing an economic crisis worldwide, which led governments to declare a quarantine to avoid physical contact since medical personnel were doing their best to control the virus, but it was not enough. Given this, a growth in the development of automation technologies was observed, this technology has been applied in the annotation of worker assistance sheets, where previously it was necessary to supervise someone being a non-optimal method and causing loss of time in the process of looking for previous files that by mistake were not registered, there is some physical contact. In view of this problem, in this article an automated attendance control system was made for the staff of the health center and verify their time of entry and exit of each worker to be visualized through a user interface, with this it will be possible to control the labor discipline of each worker since this system will store in the cloud the data that is recorded daily in an orderly manner. replacing the manual system. Through the development of the system, it was observed that the system works effectively since an efficiency of 94.17% was obtained in its operation to control the time of entry and exit of each worker, being an accepted value since the process is conducted quickly and lightly. © 2022 IEEE.

RESUMEN

COVID-19 affects anyone without distinguishing ages, presents symptoms such as fever, dry cough, and shortness of breath. All this presents the infected person, some have mild symptoms while others have strong symptoms. This virus began at the end of 2019 in China, being a very contagious viral infection was declared a pandemic by the WHO so that governments take the corresponding measures. Even so, this virus affected the entire health system that, in April 2020, registered more than 80,000 deaths worldwide, where some countries had the highest mortality rate. In view of this problem, in this article the design of a body temperature measurement system made through an unmanned aerial vehicle was made to measure the body temperature of people and observe if they have a fever, with this, it would be avoided that people continue to be infected when they enter an enclosed place. Through the design of the body temperature measurement system, it is observed that its function is precise and its manipulation is friendly, it classifies people according to the measured value of the temperature, if it presents a normal value it will be allowed to enter the place, but its present a high value will be denied entry and will give notice for a previous evaluation, The important thing about this system is that it can be used anywhere where the temperature measurement is intended. © 2022 IEEE.

RESUMEN

The arrival of COVID-19 completely changed people's lives, at the end of December 2019 a new virus appeared that forced people to maintain social distancing and wear a mask in a mandatory way, because the virus caused by SARS-COV-2 is highly contagious and can be easily transmitted between people being announced as a pandemic by the World Health Organization. In the month of May, the virus infected more than 153 million people saturating the health system worldwide, therefore, it was established as a preventive measure to maintain social distancing in public places and use the mask in a mandatory way to help control COVID-19, as it reduces the amount of saliva emissions and respiratory microdroplets of individuals carrying the virus. In view of this problem, this article designed a face mask detection system to control the entry of people into a medical center, so that the system analyzes several people who want to enter the place and shows if they use the mask correctly through a monitor, requiring to respect this important biosecurity measure, in addition to being able to be implemented anywhere you want to control the entry of people with a mask. By designing the system, it can be said that the system works in the best way and would be helping to prevent several people from continuing to catch COVID-19. © 2022 IEEE.

RESUMEN

COVID19 proved a devastating threat to human society in terms of health, economy, and lifestyle. It quickly spread around the world and caused many governments to close their borders and declare a general quarantine at the national level sending everyone home, with this they changed the lifestyle of many people because they lost the mobility of moving from one place to another. This has led to people somehow losing physical activity and the fear of moving on public roads. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), physical inactivity is the fourth risk factor for global mortality since it generates 3.2 million deaths annually, this is worrying since people do not perform any physical activity. In view of this problem, in this article a blood pressure measurement system was made visualized through a mobile application, in such a way that it can help to observe if they have a stable or high blood pressure, with this, it will be possible to diagnose if a person can present hypertension and prevent them from suffering from any cardiovascular disease. Through the design of the blood pressure measurement system, it was possible to observe that the operation was done correctly, the sensor makes the corresponding measurements and classifies it according to the measurement made, all this is visualized through a mobile application, showing if the person presents a normal or elevated pressure. © 2022 IEEE.

RESUMEN

Currently the health system continues to fight against the pandemic caused by SARS-CoV2 because this virus has not yet disappeared and there are still outbreaks of infections in several places, this generated in people an indecision of what it can generate later since this virus generated a change in the world. Being a contagious and fast-spreading virus, WHO called on all governments to take appropriate measures to stop the spread of COVID-19 as there were many infected. Given this, there are people who need the care of a doctor because they suffer from a disease and that this implies the extraction of blood for a deep analysis or to place an intravenous injection in the patient's forearm, but in many cases the distribution of the veins can not be visualized and this hinders the work of the doctor. In view of this problem, in this article an automatic vascular detection system was carried out for the part of the forearm of patients and to be able to visualize the subcutaneous vein so that the doctor has access quickly and help the patient in an emergency. Through the development of the system, it was observed that it works in the best way, since in its development a 97.69% efficiency was obtained by showing the binary image where the distribution of the veins is observed taking 8.74 seconds, being an accepted value so that it can be implemented in several medical centers. © 2022 IEEE.

RESUMEN

Nowadays, the use of technologies is developing quickly, helping society and providing us with tools to develop all kinds of research. This article focuses on people who have symptoms, disease, or require a daily checkup. Therefore a prototype of medical assistance was designed since there are different problems such as lack of coordination and a problem of saturation in care for the health sector in which many citizens can not be attended, and do not go to health centers for different factors, including the current pandemic of covid-19 for which they are afraid to perform their checkups for fear of contagion. For the realization of the medical assistance prototype, a set of scientific articles was used where the problem was analyzed in detail. In this research, the development of a mobile application that uses the data and information of the most common symptoms and diseases was proposed in order to provide a diagnosis to users who use this application for free. Through this analysis, it is expected to propose a first prototype of a mobile application so that the cases can speed up the attention in the medical centers with the help of the generated diagnosis. In this work, the objective is to help people who require a daily checkup in order to prevent different diseases as well as to provide medical assistance. The methodology used is Design Thinking, which helped to solve the problem. The result obtained is a prototype of medical assistance that will benefit several people. © 2021 Seventh Sense Research Group®.
